Back In Time, Future, Anywhere You Want

Blog City Prompt: Your local electronics store has 3 new products: Time machine, a door that goes anywhere or a helmet that tells the future. You can only afford one. Which one do you chose?

I am thinking about choosing the time machine. I would like to go back in time. I have always wanted to go back in time. I could meet Jane Austen and meet royalty people. How cool would that be? If I could change history for the good, I would really love that.

The door that goes anywhere. I wouldn't have to take a road trip. I would just have to go through the door to go to Forks, Washington, England or anywhere. I could go to Hawaii or Africa to see wild animals. I wouldn't have to drive anywhere. Sounds good to me. I would pick the door and just save up for the time machine.

Writing what you know is nice but I like to write medieval items, Regency times like Jane Austen and other genres I am curious about. Just write what makes you happy.
