Thankful Year
Prompt: What are you thankful this year?

My husband had a mini stroke and is able to function again and is back at work. They done all the tests and upped his aspirin and think it was just one of those things. I am thankful it wasn't worse and that he is done good. I said a lot of prayers.

My hernia surgery went well. When I had my bowel obstruction surgery, I was on a breathing tube afterwards but not this time. I was only in the hospital 5 days instead of a month like I was last time. I was able to walk and function. This means a lot.

We got the house paid for. I am that much closer to retirement. I am glad we had the money to do so.

Family and friends. My pet. People who save animals. One more year and we can vote for a new President. THAT WILL BE A HAPPY DAY! The military is there to protect their people. For these things, I give thanks.
