June Light In November

The light of this day has brought to my remembrance a Psalm of David.

He writes that the “Lord will be with me – I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me.” How beautiful to know that in all the trials of our journey through this life into the great beyond, God has promised to be near. “No wonder my heart is filled with joy. And my mouth shouts His Praises! My body rests in safety.” **

There is no doubt that tragedy comes without warning, and nothing is more dreadful than to see our love ones pass from this earth into the next realm. But God alone has a hope for these days of sorrow and grief. In the shelter of His smile and the shadow of His Wings will I find light to continue my journey unshaken. Thank You my Lord Jesus.
