Now I have a better idea of why they call it a smart phone. I spent two hours getting it to work. And that's with help. After all this I found out that I had too much data usage. I was livid. I learned that without the WiFi I was charged for using data. I did not even know what data usage meant. The lady on the phone said it happened to everyone. I needed to only spend a couple dollars to cover the cost. "Next time keep it on Wi-Fi. Outsmarted by a smart phone.
