I am glad to live in Kansas city these days because as of now they are showing everyone how good they can play baseball. Win or lose they have shown the last couple days that they are not a flash in the pan. Before the season started no one gave them a chance of getting past 4th place in the standings. They have somehow made it to the second game of the world series and that is something to be proud of, especially when reminded of how awful they were about five or six years ago. They were all but given up on. I hope I can sleep restfully tonight knowing that all is well in the kingdom of Royal blue. We go to the Mets stadium next. I wonder what we will learn about baseball and how well it can be played. We will see.
