tension
I can feel the tension and the day has not begun. I long for simpler days. I have the most troubling time in the emptiness unknowing. Pierce the mystery of darkness with the light of purchased emotion. Will I flinch? I anticipate in the iconic moment a sign that cuts the tension with a knife revealing who I am and wherever I am going.
