Good Memories
Prompt: Which good memories are better-the recent and vivid ones or those that time has covered in a sweet haze?

All good memories are heart warming no matter how long ago things happened. Like my Wedding, having my son, living at my grandparents when my father was in Viet Nam, being in beauty pageants, falling on love, meeting celebrities, my two books being published, living in Tennessee, Arkansas, Washington State, Washington D.C., seeing the Beatles the first time on TV, playing with Barbie, my Chevy Malibu car, my cat Tigger who died, winning Grand Champion at the Fair on a scrapbook, going to a Catholic College. These memories are priceless and I don't see them as a sweet haze. I see them clearly like they were just recent. Nothing replaces good memories.
