I agree. Some days, there is nothing to laugh about. Being depressed and sad isn't fun. I don't want to be depressed all day. I watch comedy shows even if I have seen the episodes a hundred times, I need the laugh. Some people are always grouchy and that is no way to live. So think of something funny and give yourself a good laugh. That is what I plan on doing everyday.
