Mother's Day

Today is Mother's Day. This is how my Mother's Day went. My son lives in Minnesota but he text me and he is doing well. When he lived in Indiana, we went out for dinner and to a movie but I live in Indiana so it is hard to see him.

I went to Church and got a nice plant which my husband planted it for me in my wolf planter. It has red flowers and it looks pretty. It rained all day so it will grow.

My father is walking without his cane. He is recovering from his stroke he had five weeks ago. I am facing hernia surgery and I hope and pray things will go well.

The lady at Church got my Jane Austen shawl done. It is light blue and very pretty. It turned out really nice and I can't wait to wear it this summer.

I watched "One Day At A Time" episodes today. They had a Marathon on TV. I have always liked this show.
