Over Thinking
Prompt: Over-thinking means obsessing about over analyzing regular experiences and interactions and reading into things that aren't actually there. Are you an over-thinker? How do you think one can over come over thinking?

I always think when I get symptoms, I have every disease there is. I work in health care and I have knowledge of this and do over think these things. I look up diseases on the internet and don't have all the symptoms and the Doctor will tell me I don't have this disease or that disease. I am relieved. I worry about everything. That is why I hate to watch world news. I try to think of the good things in my life and turn to God for answers which we should do. I write and go into my fictional world what helps. I worry what if. I always think of the worse things that can happen and hope for the best. I hope someday I will quit worrying and always be positive.
