Journalists and Bloggers
Lyn asked if Bloggers are journalists and should they have the same standards as journalists. Why or why not?

Some bloggers are journalists. Journalists probably keep blogs to help them with their articles. Bloggers blog to keep track of their life or maybe just for fun and as insurance to reassure themselves they can keep writing and not have writers block. As authors, blogging is part of writing. You don't have to be a Blogger to be a journalist or a journalist to be Bloggers. Standards? Sometimes, Blogging is personal and sometimes you want to share with the world. My mentally ill people keep jornals and Blogs to help them express their feelings and use their coping skills. Bloggers and journalists are interchangeable. Bloggers wrirte stories and novels. After all, we are all writers here.
