Prompt: Why do you think history unfolded differently on the different continents?

They did the best with the resources and wisdom they had. Environment like deserts and woods, nature's elements contributed to this. They thought the world was flat for years and was afraid to venture too far. A fight for survival. Kings used their power to make them look good and they should have worked with the rest of their people. People fighting and having wars. Some people didn''t believe in God and had their own religion and beliefs. If I could take a trip back to the past, I would find the answers to this. If only.
