I love this quote. It reminds me of my Gramzie’s comment that “Yesterday is gone and Tomorrow never comes.” I like that today is a gift; a gift of the present.
The present is a gift and to live life in the moment is to live in presence. Yesterday is gone. It is done. History. Finished. Tomorrow is a mystery... or it never comes, either way, it is good to take action in the moment. Don't put off doing something that could be done today. Small daily actions build up over time.

2. Tell us about something that inspired you.

Music inspires me. It relaxes me and lets me get in touch with that part of myself that is able to connect with my creative energy. My mood is affected... I can take it up with an upbeat piece or make it more thoughtful with something deeper.
I find some writers will put together a music soundtrack for their novels. I have not done that, but I can see where that would be motivating and inspirational. There are times when I hear a song and it will conjure up characters or a story idea... I would really like to include this into my writing.
