Breaking Habits
Prompt: Have you ever tried to break a habit and failed? What made it hard to break?

Cutting back on your eating and dieting. You see food on TV and you want to eat. If you go to Walmart to shop for other things, what do you see? Food! There are five fast food restaurants around no matter where I shop. It is like seriously, I can't win for losing. There are food commercials on TV. Like that is going to make a diet easier. Holidays. Forget it. You know you are going to eat everything under the sun!

Vowing not to spend any more money. I get Bath and Body coupons in the mail. New fragrances. I have to try them. New books about Jane Austen's sequels. I will be buying them and putting them on my Nook. Sure, I download free books. There are always other books to buy and I will want them.

Kohls. I can't resist clothes and jewelry. I am buying new items. The movie I have been wanting to see is on DVD. Yep. I will be buying it.

Drinking Diet Pepsi. I cut back but I can't cut it out of my life. Water is boring and I am trying to drink more water. I don't smoke or drink. I only take Meds. that I have to. I have to have my caffeine fix. I don't do Monster drinks or those energy things. I need my Diet Pepsi..

Playing Bubble Witch on my Smart Phone. I have to get through all the levels no matter how long it takes. I will keep playing.

There you have it. My bad habits. Yep, I'm bad!
