Another thing I like to do is go for a walk... the more natural the scenery the better. Getting out to a nature trail where there is less chance of being bombarded by civilization is the best. Fresh air, a chance to see wild animals scurrying about... it helps to reconnect to the source of all things.
Sometimes a bit of tea or coffee can pick me up and help me change gears if I have had a particularly busy day.
And one can not forget the sweetness of a cat nap. Slipping off to a darken room with a cozy blanket for just a bit of time helps to recharged and revitalize so that you can come back to things with a clearer mind.
