Home, Jane Austen Quote
Prompt: There is nothing like staying home for real comfort. Jane Austen Do you agree with this?

I do. Jane Austen wrote her novels at home and she never married but she was happy with her family. Her stories gave her comfort. Living in Regency times like her in one of those houses back then, I would have been content. Pemberly would have been a nice home but I am getting carried away in Austenland but I always do.

I live in the country where there are no neighbors except one and he is across the corn field. When it is so cold, I just want to be home. I love my room edition. I have a lot of books out there, wicker furniture, some dolls and my Grandma's recliner I sit in to read. Now, I lay on the couch with my electric blanket and watch TV. Sometimes, my kitty joins me. I feel safe at home. It is quiet where I live. I can do what ever I want. After working all night and having two patients bothering us all night, at home, it just me, my husband and my cat. My cat is content even though she runs amok at times. My computer is at home where I spend a lot of time. I can hide from the world at my house in the country.

I love to go shopping and my husband, mother and I go to the Christmas Store in Frankenmuth, Michigan every two years, go see my sister in Florida every three years but I worry about my cat while I am going and I don't sleep well in a strange bed. I wish I could click my heels of my red shoes when I went to go somewhere and the same with going home. Home is where the heart is. There is no place like home.
