Christmas Sales

Prompt: Everywhere I go see Christmas sales and decorations. Do you feel Christmas commercialism is out of hand?

I love Christmas but the day after Halloween, up go the Christmas decoration. What happened to Thanksgiving? I was at Bath and Body buying new Christmas scents and the trees were up and Christmas decorations were up. Christmas music was playing! Everyone wants to make a buck and Christmas comes earlier and earlier. Michaels and Hobby Lobby had their Christmas section up three months ago. Christmas is the main holiday but people need to remember that Jesus is the reason for the season. I think people forget. Christmas is beautiful and great. We shouldn't forget Thanksgiving and what we are thankful for. Holidays can be great! Christmas shouldn't be about making money and what store will make the most this year. It should be about Jesus, family, friends and love for our fellow man.
