Skill I Would Like To Improve
Welcome To My Reality Prompt: Other than writing, which skill would you like to improve?

Cooking. I don't like to cook but it would be nice to know how to cook other foods besides spaghetti, chicken, pork chops, vegetable soup, chili, noodles, meat loaf, roast, stew, hamburger helper, turkey dinners, ham it seems like we have the same things over. I wish I had the time and patience to learn to cook other food. I need to buy cookbooks and I love Italian food. I should learn how to cook it. Three hundred sixty five days a year, I should have a different dish for every day of the year. I use the crock pot a lot. I wish I could cook from scratch. I wish I had more time to bake goodies. I have never baked a pie and I wish I was brave enough to tackle this. Exotic cakes and non cake and chocolate desserts, I need to learn how to cook and bake like Rachael Ray and Martha Stewart. They make it look easy. So does Mr. Food and he only has five minutes to cook something. Working midnights and sleeping, I cook my usual foods and keep up with my house cleaning so that is enough. I need more time and wish I could go on less sleep.

Scrapbooking. I am a Creative Scrapbook Designer but I would love to be in scrapbook magazines and do a variety of themes. Again, time is a factor.

I would love to pick up knitting needles and be able to knit anything. I haven't knitted in years.
