Strange Blue Light

When I have going to work the past three nights, I see a strange big blue light in the sky. Keep in mind that I live by corn fields and there are no houses around. When I get to the road I turn off, the light disappears. There are some trees but the light has just vanished. I drove straight instead of turning and I couldn't see the light. I headed back home and turned around and went back and I saw the light again. A big blue light. It disappeared again as soon as I got ready to turn. It isn't a plane. There are irrigation systems in the cornfield but this light isn't from that. I don't believe in UFO's but I would love to know what this light is. I used to see a bright shining star before Christmas with a mist around it before Christmas but I haven't seen this in years. This blue light drives me crazy. If I find out what it is, I will come back and write about it.
