Day 93 June 4
Prompt: Flip Flops or bare feet? What does summer look like in your world?

I only use Flip Flops near water like KOA showers. My feet scream. raw deal. I do love showing off painted toe nails though so I wear open toed sandals if I am not walking miles. But when I do hike I wear appropriate footwear. Bare feet is my favorite of all. Just not always practical.

Hi Readers,
First of all I want to say that my house is buzzing. Summer is so close now. Our senior is graduating and just got a new car. He worked hard and saved $4,000 of his own money for the down payment.
Kudos to him.

Our freshman, who lettered in wrestling and track is now playing his most favorite sport, football.
The 5th grader is preparing for her last singing performance of her elementary school career. She has been singing on stage alone since kindergarten but this year her older brother #2 will accompany her with his guitar. It should be a stellar performance.

The kindergartener is already missing his sister. Next year she will ride a different bus and go to another school. He loves and admires her. I think he is even a bigger fan of her than me. That's saying volumes.

I have moved seedlings out of the green house and into planters and raised beds. And twice this week I've cut leaf and Romaine lettuce for salads.

Question
What would you do if your grandson found money on a store floor?
The reason I ask is
well please read this " I'm going to call the police Open in new Window.
