"Love In Bloom" - Day 7/Poetry
Love in Bloom
** Image ID #1985696 Unavailable **
A tendril rises from its earthen womb,
the changing season acting as midwife.
It smiles at heaven with its lilac bloom
reflecting its exuberance for life.
A zephyr hums a spring time melody;
a lilting song of joy that fills the air.
The blossom dances for at last it’s free;
its movements offered up as thankful prayer.
There’s love in Mother Nature’s tender hand.
She orchestrates the sun, the wind, the sea,
in gentle concert with the pregnant land,
a symphony of all that’s yet to be.
In time, new seeds will fall unto the earth
and, patiently, will dream of their own birth.
