Some of the strangest things forgotten by that Australian Blog Bloke. 2014 |
There is no other way to say this so I'll just out with it. A couple of strange facts. 1/ If identical twins marry identical twins, the children they bare will be legally cousins but can, at least hypothetically, be biological siblings. I tried to verify this one way or the other, but all the links I read were unclear. 2/ Apparently it's common for one of a set of twins to be "absorbed" into the other. A scan showed twins but later only one foetus. The DNA is absorbed into the other. As our daughter said, "Sort of creepy..." A third unrelated almost, dodgy, sort of, kinda fact is; we have a ghost in this house. The lounge room door regularly clicks and swings open. It has become very irritating and we've dubbed the ghost Harold. We've taken to shouting, "Harold! Get lost, and shut the door after you!" The previous place we lived in many years ago belonged to a man called Harold, and that dwelling also seemed possessed by a ghost. It would slowly and silently push the fireplace cover out and then let it fall back again. That room was always icy cold. Definitely a presence there |
