Todays prompt
What does "Having it All" mean to you? Is it attainable?
When I hear that phrase, I automatically think of materialistic things: fame (popularity), money, friends, and the perfect mate and /or choice of one. Do I think it is obtainable? NO!
What is missing is happiness. Sure one can be rich, popular and have a good mate but what I think it boils down to are the choices that one choses to make throughout life. How many times have you heard someone say, "he had it all, and lost it?"
But, you consider what is happiness, and what makes you content, and achieve that as well as maintain it; then you already have it all.
Sorry if this doesn't make sense, I just figured out that I am in the stage of anger, and I am not ready to go there yet.
