About this poem: I was in the middle of reviewing this morning when my connection disengaged. After past experiences, when I called customer support, waited fifteen or twenty minutes to to talk to a tech only to have them either manually reboot the modem themselves or explaining to me how to do it. I now reboot the modem before I call technical support. It saves minutes, cut down on the frustration, and gets me back online quicker.
