Training Exercises
This entry is an exercise list. When I first started working out at Prodigy I went home one night and wrote down the days exercises.
I have an issue with working out by myself. The issue is I don't currently possess the self discipline to effectively work myself to my limit the way I do when in a group workout.
Sadly it can't be helped that sometimes I will need to work out on my own. To aid in this uphill process I need to write down the exercises more often. I have to tell myself I don't have to keep the list, it doesn't even have to be neat, I just need to do it so I have a visual map of sorts for the work out.
