Waiting and waiting and waiting for my son's wedding pictures.

Waiting for Wedding Pictures

The wedding was beautiful
The photographer was great
The shots were sheer perfection
Patiently I’ve been waiting
For the proofs to come

My son’s in no big hurry
To choose his album pages
From December to August
We’ve waited to see previews
So I called the shop

On the sly, we picked a date
To see the photographer
For hours we looked and studied
Deciding on what we’d get
It’s so hard to choose.

We placed our order that day
About three weeks we waited
When the box finally arrived
I have the wedding pictures
While my son has none.
