"Here in this body are the sacred rivers; here are the sun and moon, as well as the pilgrimage places. I have not encountered another temple as blissful as my own body" ~ sahara Dawn meditations With my prayer beads in hand I chant God’s Most Great Name Ninety-five times I feel tranquility flowing With each breath I exhale or inhale My body My mind My soul Begins the day without stress Without worry Tranquil Peaceful Looking forward to the blessings And the tests Of a new day My body is the container that holds my soul on the material plan. My body is the butterfly larva feeding on the food of matter, on the blessing and the tests that develop my soul and prepare it for life on the spiritual plane. My soul is a butterfly The Lepidoptera Waiting in a temple of my body For the moment the pupa case to open Its wings dry And it takes flight On the spiritual plane In the Garden of Paradise Beneath the Tree of Life
