I want to witness the Declaration of Baha’u’llah

Wednesday, August 15, 2012 ~ Day 15 of the 30-Day Blogging Challenge prompt is "If you could have personally witnessed one event in history, what would you want to have seen?"

Background Note: The Festival of Ridvan is a twelve-day celebration beginning on April 21 and ending on May 2. The first day (April 21), the ninth day (April 29), and the twelfth day (May 2) are Holy Days on which work is suspended. This Festival celebrates the Declaration of Baha’u’llah which occurred in 1863.

I would have liked to witness the Declaration of Baha’u’llah in the Garden of Ridvan in 1863. The Garden of Ridvan was located on the Tigress River near the city of Bagdad. This is where Baha’u’llah spent twelve day (April 21 to May 2) in 1863 and it is where He declared His mission. I would like to witness this historic event in person.
