Fictional Character with Psoriasis
30-Day Blogging Challenge September 1 to September 30, 2011 ~ Day 12 Prompt: “Write about yourself as you would a fictional character, in the third person. Try to view yourself as objectively as possible, detailing your appearance, mannerisms, perceptions and attitudes etc or just whatever comes to mind and only what you are comfortable sharing.”

Her brown hair was slowly turning gray. She sighed remembering her childhood, when her hair had a reddish tinge before turning dark brown. Perhaps, she thought, I should have it colored again. She smiled remembering the time she had went to the beauty parlor, had the beautician bleach the brown and color her hair red.

At 64, she no longer wanted red hair or even brown hair. Gray could be a pretty color. She could no bleach hair or use any other type of chemical treatment that would irritate the psoriasis.
