Computer Monitor died on Wednesday

My computer monitor died on Wednesday, so this morning I bought a compatible used model for $20.00. I need to start looking for a new computer and I want a laptop. I will continue using my old computer as long as possible, but I need to get a new one so that I have it when the old one dies.

I suppose I could use the money for other things, but I need a computer. One day without access to the internet was enough to encourage me to plan for the inevitable. I think I will buy a Dell laptop, I should get a new printer as well, but I think the computer comes first.

Of course, the last time I bought a new computer I bought it because I bought a new printer first and the printer was not compatible with my old computer. Therefore, I may end up getting a new printer as well. I will just have to wait and see.
