Mom is supposed to began attending an adult daycare soon. The problem is the daycare center need a form filled out by her doctor. The daycare faxed the form last week, but the doctor has not returned it. I called the doctor’s office and the nurse said she would put ASAP on the form. I am beginning to think the doctor will never get the form back.

I am beginning to think I will have to make an appointment with the doctor before he will fill out the form. Getting Mom to the doctor’s office is a project. Once I convince her she has to get in the car, I then have to convince her she has to get out of the car when we reach the doctor’s office. I get tired thinking about it.
