Christmas 2010, Valentines Day 2011
I am so behind in this journal. I had a great Christmas. My parents, my son Jason and his wife Erin, my husband Ray and me spent Christmas together. We had take out chicken, pizza, scalloped potatoes, cheese cubes, chicken salad, fudge, green bean casserole, baked beans and Dairy Queen cake. Dad got a leather jacket and clothes. He says he didn't need the leather jacket but he wears it. Mom got some shoes that I got her. A black patent leather pair she thought that she couldn't live without. She also got perfume, earrings and a card making book. I bought my husband three toy cockshutt tractors and he got a new blue denim coat and gift cards from my parents, son and his wife. He didn't think he needed the jacket but like Dad, he is wearing it. I bought my son his expensice cologne at Macy's. Mom buys everything he wants. I got Erin gift cards and penguin items. She loves penguins. As for me, it was my Birthday on December 21. For my Birthday and Christmas, I got a white ceramic cat cookie jar and cat salt and pepper shakers to match, The Trilogy Twilight board games in the collectible tin, Munsters Series on DVD{My husband probably regrets buying them. When we were snowed in, we watched them all!}, 70's Show DVD's, lavender stone bracelet, Krystle Carrington Barbie Doll, Teddy Bear and Stella Cologne. I played the usual Christmas music and Glen Campbell's Christmas CD drove my father nuts. I played George Strait later and he lightened up. We are a small family and we always enjoy Christmas. Mom has the traditional Christmas dinner Christmas Day and family is always good to have at Christmas.

I didn't get anything for Valentines Day. I was disappointed. My husband told me I could order Jane, the vampire doll from The Twilight Saga. I already have Bella, Edward, Jacob, Alice and Victoria so now I get to add Jane to my shelf in the spare room. I also ordered a replica of the ring that Princes Diana wore and now that Kate is wearing. I guess I shouldn't complain. My husband is taking me out to dinner at a nice restaurant. I know I am spoiled but I help others in need and share as well. Here's hoping everyone gets the best out of life and pray for world peace.
