They fix the Heat Tomorrow

The unit stopped heating on Thanksgiving; it worked on Wednesday, but on Thursday instead of heating it began cooling. I called a tech in to check it and he said that the switch on the unit outside was stuck on cool. I finally called the Home warranty and they sent a tech to check it. They had to order a part and I called them this morning to find out what was going on; the tech comes out tomorrow between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. I have to be home during those hours.

I’m home most of the time, except today. I took Mom for an appointment with a skin and cancer specialist. He looked at her leg and said there was nothing wrong, that the wound is healing. I may have to take Mom to urgent car Friday or Saturday, I’m not sure if there is a problem or if the problem was caused by not having any warm air in the house. I may take her anyway since when they get the heat fixed just to make sure she doesn’t have a cold or anything like that. Mom isn’t going to like it, but there isn’t anything she can do about it; except get angry. She’s been angry since the heat went out so I’ll continue dealing with her anger.
