My mother wants to retile her shower

There are some tiles missing in Mom’s shower, which means we can’t use it until they are replaced. Mom has decided to replace them herself, I have no doubt she could do it with the proper equipment and the tiles. The problem is I have no idea where the missing tiles are located. I suspect Mom put them away somewhere and forgot where she put them.

Besides the missing tiles, we don’t have the proper equipment to replace them. I think the best thing for me to do is check at Home Depot to see what I need to replace the tiles and how to go about it. I think this may be the only way I can get Mom to take a bath or shower because she refuses to use the bathtub even with something to sit on.

An interesting side note is this. Mom has decided that someone deliberately stole the shower tiles. I don’ know who she thinks stole them or why, perhaps I should ask her the next time she brings the subject up.
