Manage Items changed to "Show Tools || Show Manager"

Greetings Members!

To help relieve some of the confusion members are having about where the "edit", "delete" and other tools links have gone in the Portfolio area, I've split the initial Manage Items portfolio link into two new links:
          Show Tools || Show Manager.

I also added this "Tip" message which hopefully better explains how they work:

To show Edit, Delete and other tool links below each item, click Show Tools.
For bulk portfolio management, such as move and delete, click Show Manager.

All three of the Portfolio's "Show" links (Show Details, Show Tools and Show Manager) remember what you've clicked and will hold that setting from page to page. To "Hide" their information, click the "Hide" link and the system will remember that's your new preference.
