Anyone want to buy a lie?
It still is December. I have only about one true week of work. That's fine with me because I do hope that I get infected with the cleaning bug and just do my best to recycle and clean. If not then, I just hope that I can keep the place moderately nice.
Well the shoe has dropped. I had a phone call from a family member who told me the atrocious story (lie?) about last year. I am supposed to be ultra poor and did not want to be bothered after last year's scene at Thanksgiving. So that along with the fact that they are trying to save money, (yea like a 7 day trip to Hawaii was for free!! Right!) so they can move to a part of the state whose house and property cost are going sky high. I can go over to their house to eat something and play games (???). I have to understand that I am a big girl now. This other person has a family and must celebrate X-Mass with them first. It just is that I feel that (play the violins) "Life is not fair."
I wish that I had put some money down on that time machine when I was asked to because I could use it now. So that is basically all I want to say. I must do other things and then go let some salty water out of my eyes.
Good night!
