The Waiting Game

Rick Springfield takes the stage in two hours in my little city. Hot damn. I've been listening to the songs again, watching videos on youtube. The draw back. RAIN. It's been raining all day, until 4pm when it suddenly stopped. The only peeked out, before hiding behind some stinkin clouds. Ford Field hill will probably be a muddy mess. So, I am wearing shoes I could care less about. Yup, I intend to be there, standing in the rain if necessary to see him at the Homecoming (the city's annual bday bash) Hope they get to shoot off the fireworks at 10ish. If not, at least I got to see one of my teenage crushes live and for free.

Hope I can get some decent pix. At this point, I'm praying for the rain to go anywhere but here.
