Submit one short story/article per month. Goal met. Work for fifteen minutes on "Poor Witch" [E] every day. Fail. Complete and edit "Poor Witch" [E] by 6/30/09. Fail. Read a book in print for fifteen minutes every day. Goal met. Resign from Abbott by 12/1/09. In progress. Although, that shiny Gibson in the window may delay my departure. Reach 140.0 lbs by 8/21/2009. Weight: 150.6 ...I like Keith's scale better. But since I used my throughout my whole weight loss, it more accurately reflects where I am versus where I was, and it's looking like I've gained some back. Meals: 7:30am Coffee (1) 8:15am Tortellini with sausage (6.5) What?? Why is that weird for breakfast? There's egg in the pasta. But after stepping on the scale, I only ate half the sausage and saved myself 3.5 points. Go me! 9:30am Coffee (1) 10:30am Coffee (1) 1:45pm Skinny roast beef sandwich (7) 4:00pm Chai (0.5) 6:45pm Noodles&Co small buttered noodles (11), parm crusted chicken (3), and tomato and cucumber salad (1). 7:30pm Jeni's ice cream!
