4th anniversary on June 20th

It will be 4 years on Saturday that I began this blog. It's been a year since I typed in an entry though. Surprisingly this old journal continues to be read... about 300 visitors each month. Wish folks would read my current blog!

But... here's a secret...

that blog will be closed at the end of summer and this blog will be reopened on the first day of autumn!

I'll make copies of old entries before I delete those that are not being read. Many entries actually have over 100 views and one has over 2,500. I'll probably eliminate those with less than 20 views or maybe 50. The slimmer version will then be ready for more entries.

I hope to then enter here for a year.

Ah... can't wait to see the looks on the faces of my weekly readers when I switch back to "The breeze of the field" from "The field between mountains".
