Badlands
I have my camera ready. We'll be going through the Badlands and the bus driver likes to play tour guide. *Smile* Cindy's got personality!

I didn't sleep hardly last night. Maybe today? After Minneapolis (8:45) there were no stops with bathrooms, food or water till Fargo (1:30). The trip since then though has been very pleasant with light in the sky about 4 a.m. and only a bit of wind. A thunderstorm was visible far to the north-east.

I got a seat with plenty of legroom too! So no complaints.

Already had breakfast and bought two postcards. One is copper the other wood.

Well... we are through the Theodore Roosevelt Park. Still in the Badlands. Mustn't have been an easy area to travel through a century ago what with the winding streams, steep canyon walls, sparse cover. Would not want to be caught in a downpour.

Got some blurry pics. *Laugh* I'll blame it on the moving bus.

Saw prairie dogs and wild horses. Missed any bison that were out there.

Home tonight. *Delight*

North Dakota: sunny.
