We went out last night

Mom and I went out last night. We went to the Baha'i Center on North Oakey to attend the election for the Local Spiritual Assembly. We enjoyed ourselves, but we left before learning the results of the election. There is going to be a Ridvan celebration at the center this afternoon about 2:00 PM, so I think we will attend.

Today is a Holy Day, so I'm not doing any real work today. The only thing I'm writing are blog entries and poems. I wrote a poem last night about Ridvan, which I will post in one of my old blogs later today or tomorrow.

Today I went over the orientation assignment for the class I'm taking on writing.com. I also looked at the Blog It challenge, which I need to post today. The challenge is interesting because the subject of staying positive in today's world situation was brought up last night.

I'm going to get off line for a few minutes and think about my response to the challenge before I write it. Then I think I'll compose my response then just copy and paste to my blog. I can't seem to respond to anything until I've prayed and thought about it for a few minutes.
