More Snow Melt

My dentist cancelled my appointment today

Actually, it was one of his staff that called and cancelled the appointment because the doctor called in sick. At least, I'm presuming he called in sick, the receptionist that called just said he called in, so he could have called in well for all I know.

Anyway, I was in the bathtub when the phone rings. So I got out of tub; naked and wet I hurried through the house to answer the phone. I figured anyone calling before 8:00 AM was someone I needed to talk to. One of the appointment schedulers is supposed to call me and reschedule the appointment.. In the mean time, I still have only the upper half of my new dentures and four of my original teeth in my lower gums.

I then downloaded the e-mail I haven't checked in two days and found out I have a funeral to go to tomorrow afternoon. I've been out of touch with a many people the past few weeks, so it doesn't surprise me someone died and I didn't even know he was in the hospital.
