Happy New Year!
All around me, I see people making choices to be healthier people, and it makes me happy.
My goal for the new year - get enough fiber & take my Omega-3 supplements every day. I'm doing the Kellog's All-Bran 10-day challenge. I'm also going to try eating more fresh fruits and veggies.
Another goal of mine is to maintain my weight. I lost 30 pounds last year! So I know how to lose weight and I know how to gain weight (who doesn't, right?), but I need to learn how to maintain my current weight.
My sister's become a veggie.
