This is my first attempt to be a blogger. I hope to type a few items that you will enjoy.

Give me something positive, please!
Well the summer time is almost over. The count is less than two weeks. (Choke!!) The Olympics are a disappointment since I cannot see the things that I want on the CABLE that I subscribed to. I figured that since I got high speed what ever you call it, that cable might be added for a small sum and give me some good stuff to see. Wrong. But back to the Olympics, I do not think that the reporting is as exciting as what I have seen in the past. And no I do not blame China for any of that.
My laminate flooring is now installed. I will never use Jack's Carpet again. The whole situation was stressful for me as well as the animals. The workers came in late and left early. This does not count for the two hours lunch that they took as well as the extra time for finding equipment they did not have. Say again???? Shouldn't they have been prepared? If I decide to continue this part, I might have to type for a long time.
The weather was typically hot. Also to add to the 'what in the world will happen next,' my electric year's fixed rate contract expired, and I thought that it would automatically renew at the price that I have. WRONG! :( They charged me the highest monthly rate and boy have I learned a lesson.) I just barely got my renewal in time so maybe I can save a couple of hundred dollars. (You read correctly.) That one month could have paid for the flooring, gasoline, a few Subway sandwiches as well as the playoff tickets, if the Comets can make it.
I also can count my broken rib accident as no fun. Paying those bills to the doctors was worse. Will the nice lady who fell on me pay it? What do you think! I doubt that she will even claim that it happened.
Missing one full day of a TSID workshop due to the accident was a tragedy.
Not getting enough sleep is bad for the old body. Putting on weight is well,.....let's just say going to be bad if I don't work on the exercise department now.
Finally, I think that some of my cats may still be experiencing stress due to the changes in the house as well as the stay at WAH. I will give them the one more day that I discussed with one of the technicians, to start eating and pooping like they should. Life needs to get back to normal. Please.
So when you read this again, if things are normal and you have even a hint of a smile on your face, please let me know. I got to have something positive to go on!
