A metaphysical search for truth and knowledge amidst the misadventures of a main character |
Everyone asks me, "Is all of your writing like "Craven's Fourth and Fifth"?" Well, I have to explain to them that "Craven's Fourth and Fifth" does not represent all of my writing although a fair portion and segment of it is devoted to this self-invented style and technique by which I combine elements of truth and fiction to reflect real people, real events, memoirs, and history. Some people are already very familiar with the genre, Creative History, yet perhaps it is also recognized by other names. My recent writings can be read upon writing.com and within my most current published book, THE WRITING SAMPLER which is available at all the online bookselling sites in addition to Lulu. Within it, you can find a modern and stylish compilation of contemporary writings to include 41 especially selected shorts, stories, essays, excerpts, articles, poetry, satire, and commentary about personal endeavor. If you really like "Craven's Fourth and Fifth, and admittedly many people also comment, "That's really scary stuff!!!" You can anticipate the entire Craven series, in addition to, "Goodbye, Tampa Bay", "Tribute", and "Under New Management within THE WRITING SAMPLER II, which is still in progress Until then, please read this blog, post your comments and don't be intimidated by "Craven" or its content. There is absolutely no semblance to or reference to the famous film director, aside from the name of this writing endeavor and short story title. |
