Thoughts on April Fools’ Day
12 Baha 164 B.E. – Sunday, April 1, 2007

*Note*There is no fool like an old fool, unless it is a young fool.
*Note1*There was a song in the 60s or 70s called April’s Fool.
*Note2*Why isn’t there a Fool’s Sandwich instead of just a Hero’s Sandwich?
*Note3*Isn’t it wonderful that Earth has a holiday devoted strictly to fools?
*Note4*A little foolishness never hurt anyone and it makes life a little less stressful.
*Note5*Is there is a phobia that relates to fools, fear of fools or looking like a fool?
*Note6*In the medieval courts, fools could say things to the monarchs that ordinary humans would loose their heads if they said.
*Note*The history of April Fools’ Day goes back to the change of the New Year celebration. When people who celebrated New Years Day on January 1 instead of April 1, saw people celebrating April 1 they called them April Fools.
*Note1*April 1 is the only day of the year, one doesn’t have to worry about Looking Like a Fool, because it is expected.
*Note2*Looking like a fool refers to the way the fools or jesters medieval courts dressed.
*Note3*Only Fools Rush in Where Angels Fear to Tread, I think that was an Elvis song.
*Note4*If only fools fall in love, does that make the entire human race fools?
*Note5*Remember there is a little bit of fool in every human being.
*Note6*Don’t just stand there looking like a fool, do something foolish; especially on April Fools’ Day.
