Writing for the Personal Chef
I have this friend, Dave, who is launching his business as a Personal Chef. It's a great business offering to a busy family; Dave comes into your home with all his pots, pans, utensils, spices, oils, etc... and cooks you a series of fantastic meals that are stored in your freezer. You have only to come home, pull it out, and heat it up.

Dave needs some press work done, I need more writing samples on my website. The professional kind.  My grad school papers on Dracula, Shakespeare and "A Rose for Emily" aren't quite what prospective clients are looking for.  Soooooo, we are working out a trade. I'll write some pro bono pieces for him, he'll cook dinner for me an the Mr. Not a bad deal at all.

I've done my interview with Dave, I know him rather well, so it was fun and rather easy. My next step is to seek out some related writings from the cooking industry and entrepreneurial websites/newsletters.

If anyone out there has some suggestions, I would love to hear them.

My article will be posted here as I look for editorial advice.
