Egg Nog or Hot Chocolate
Hot Chocolate with either marshmallows (it doesn’t matter to me whether the marshmallows are mini or regular size) or whipped topping.

Does Santa wrap presents or just sit them under the tree?
No, my birthday is on Christmas Eve the only presents are birthday presents.

Colored lights on tree/house or white?
Neither. We don’t celebrate Christmas.

Do you hang mistletoe?
Don’t hang mistletoe anywhere in the house and I can’t grow it myself so we don’t have it around the house.

When do you put up your decorations?
We decorate for Ayyam-i-Ha, which occurs are the days between sunset on February 25 and sunset on March 1.

What is your favorite holiday dish?
I like pumpkin, pecan and mince pie.

Favorite Holiday memory as a child?
Going to my Grandparents house for Christmas; my Grandmother loved to cook and she had all sorts of wonderful dish and deserts to eat.

When and how did you learn that Santa isn't real.
Interesting question, I’m not really sure I think it was sometime in grade school. All my siblings are younger then me, so as I was growing up I had to keep the secret until they were old enough to understand.

Do you open a gift on Christmas Eve?
When I was growing up, I got to open my birthday present on Christmas Eve and each of my siblings got to open one of their Christmas presents.

How do you decorate your Christmas Tree?
I don’t have a tree.

Snow! Love it or Dread it?
Snow is wonderful, as long as I don’t have to drive in it and I can look at it on the mountain tops.

Can you ice skate?
I don’t know, I never tried. I can water ski.

Do you remember your favorite gift?
My favorite gift was a doll my Grandmother got me.

What's the most important thing about the Holidays for you?
My birthday.

What is your favorite Holiday Dessert?
I like all the deserts that come out around Christmas, but I am especially fond of Christmas cookies and the memories of my Grandparents that accompany the cookies.

What is your favorite holiday tradition?
I always like the Christmas Carols and the lights. In fact, my mom and I drive around Las Vegas and look at the lights and the way people decorate their yards and houses.

What tops your tree?
Don’t have a tree, but I do have an angel setting on top of my bookcase. It’s the type that goes on top of a tree, we kept the angel when we give the artificial tree away.

Which do you prefer giving or Receiving gifts
It depends they both have their blessings. Sometimes I like giving presents, especially during Ayyam-i-Ha and I like receiving presents on my birthday.

What is your favorite Christmas Song?
I like We Three Kings, I Ain’t Gittin’ Nothin’ for Christmas and Dashing Through the Snow.

Candy Canes on the tree?
I like to put Candy Canes in my hot tea.

Do you feel Christmas it too commercialized or is it still magical?
Probably if you celebrate Christmas.
