Five rules for looking after your Gary...

1/ Contary to popular belief, Garys don't care much for getting poked in the eye. They are not opposed to poking in general, just eye poking.

2/ Worrying about what you're going to feed your Gary isn't necessary. If you're looking for a demanding hungry baby bird screaming "Feed me! Feed me! Feed me!", then you shouldn't get a Gary. Garys are very low maintaince. Garys can be easily trained to share in various household tasks.

3/ Garys enjoy touching and being touched. If you don't enjoy being touched, don't get a Gary. If you like being unbuttoned and unzipped, get a Gary.

4/ Garys enjoy being happy. Garys find ending five rules lists one rule short amusing. Garys are easily amused.

That was beginning to feel uncomfortably like a single's add. Is "add" spelt with one "d" or two? Add...ad. I'm not sure. Is spelling important to women? Is it something they look for in a guy? "He has to be eternally faithful, totally devoted, have an adorable one dimpled smile, sexy brown bedroom eyes, caring, supportive, understanding, considerate, funny, but most of all, he must be a good speller." Luckly four me speeling is my live.

I'd like to copy & paste something Sherri Q, (Hi Sherri Q), forwarded to me which will hopefully cause you ladies to reconsider how important spelling really is...

"fi yuo cna raed tihs, yuo hvae a sgtrane mnid too
Cna yuo raed tihs?

Ever neat huh? Thanks Sherri Q. *Bigsmile*

I'm not sure if I've already mentioned this or not before, (I very seldom listen to what I have to say), I'm seriously considering making all my items only visible to Writing.Com members. I'll see.

I think you can tell a lot about someone by how they treat their waiter or waitress. Have you ever sat down at a table only to decide you preferred another table? That can start a waiter war or even a food fight if you move to another waiter's table.

I enjoy how still and calm it gets just before a summer thunderstorm. A wall of black clouds rapidly approaching is very impressive. It's weird to think our ancestors found such natural occurrences frightening. Superstitions limit a person's horizons. An open mind shouldn't have any boundaries.

I've always sided with the underdogs. Cruelty and injustice have always made my blood boil. Last year someone I met, (someone who was very special to me and I miss very much), opened my eyes to the plight of women. I've always known it's not easy for females living in a man's world, especially in the third world. I find it utterly apalling how females are being treated all around this world, and much of it in the name of religion. (Ever notice how male biased religions are?) It saddens me to hear about yet another woman or little girl attacked or murdered. The vast majority of people doing the hurting and killing are males. I find that sickening. I'm disgusted with some of my fellow males. Fortunatley we're not all monsters or sexist pigs. Unfortunately though the bad ones don't come with warning labels tattooed across their foreheads. They give the rest of us a bad name. Obviously it's best to always err on the side of caution. I'm sorry ladies. It shouldn't be this way.
