STUPENDOUS QUESTIONS


Emptying recycle box,
Where do go all the files?
After traversing long paths,
Where do go all the miles?

When the New Year glides in, then,
Where does the old one flow?
Having lived four score and ten,
Where do the old years go?

Marrying, bachelorhood
Is banished to which plain?
Where does the soul reside till
The dead is born again?

When the wise becomes the fool,
Where does his wisdom fly?
Where does all the joy go when
The smile becomes a cry?

Who can answer stupendous
Questions like the above?
Or, why is He angry when
Infinite is His love?
